This round’s JHP has a simple yet effective design. Its copper jacket is not bonded, but it is still tough enough to keep the bullet from fragmenting apart as it penetrates clothing and soft tissue. Its symmetrically notched rim helps the nose cavity break apart the jacket as it produces wide terminal expansion. The JHP also can’t attract a magnet, and the Boxer primer beneath it cannot put any corrosive residues inside your pistol.
